Doodles and Dialogue is an interactive role playing game with emphasis on creativity for kids and adults, where players create their own characters, and work together to draw their way through a designed world to complete the quest.
Doodles and Dialogue is run by animator, illustrator, and art teacher, Lee Angerstein.
How it works.
Each player draws their own character, and gives them attributes and abilities.
The Doodle Master then guides the players through a preplanned campaign, where they work together, draw solutions to situations they come across, and interact with the world sharing their artworks along the way.
What you need.
Pencils, paper, and some imagination. All skill levels of drawing are welcome. Situations will sometimes be determined through dice rolls so no need for dice, (unless you'd really like to have your own.)
What’s the benefit.
Not only is Doodles and Dialogue a fun game, it's also an exercise in creativity, art, and problem solving. Players will learn how to work together to overcome situations by thinking outside the box and adapting to events that constantly occur and change over the campaign depending on their choices.
It's a great way to work the mind and reinforce self expression, creativity, while also being a great way to socialize and make friends!
About the Creator
Lee Angerstein is a professional illustrator and animator who creates cartoons, and teaches art classes to kids. His studio is based in Collingswood, NJ, but he is currently teaching art lessons online.
He is currently working on the next episode of his cartoon series, Chup and Lyle, along with various client projects.
